Helmets ARE required by everyone under 18.
18 and over SKATEBOARDERS may sign a helmet waiver.
Helmets are required by ALL Scooter and BMX riders.
Shoes are required. Crocs, slides are not allowed 
 

...with a passion to ride somewhere in a city where nowhere was provided. A city with over 750,000 people and no safe public skateparks. Our challenge began when we were told by elected officials to seek an answer in the private sector, if there really is a need.  We charged forward with a design and an army of volunteers all fueled by the passion of riding skateboards, bikes or scooters. 10 years later we have grown from 5,000; to 10,000, and now with the recent street section addition we are Arizona's largest at 28,000 square feet of indoor skate park.
